Use “Content Generator” to create content. Before getting started, an analysis of the sections and the keywords that need to be included in each one has already been carried out. All this information is built into the generator’s prompt.
You only need to add the route for which you want to generate the content. If you want to create content in bulk, you can upload an Excel file where the first column contains the routes, one per row.
Once you have added all the routes, click “Generate” to create the content. When the process is complete, review the result in the “Rendered view” section to check that the content is coherent and well structured.
After validating the content, copy the rendered version and save it in the corresponding Google Drive folder so that the Vueling team can review and approve it.
Once you have checked that the result from HTML Transform is correct, copy the final HTML and paste it into the “HTML Translator” tab.
Add the links included in the content together with the correct versions for the languages into which you want to translate it. Then select the desired languages and the tool will automatically start the content localisation process.
When the process is complete, save the translations in Google Docs. The content will then be ready to upload to the CMS.
